Poinsett Bombing Range is the only U.S. Air Force bombing range in the world that's open to the public. Thousands of visitors each year watch from a safe distance as fighter jets scream above and drop practice ordnance on targets situated throughout the range. That's pretty cool.

Directions:
Take Interstate 77 to exit 9. Head toward Sumter. This turns into Highway 378. Once in Sumter, turn on Broad Street. Go about 1/2 mile and turn right on Gion Street (just past the Mariachi Mexican Restaurant). We're the third building on the right.
